Job Description

Join CACI as a Document Manager supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona to support our country. We are looking for an eager and motivated self-starter to join our team as a Document Manager. Your Responsibilities will include:

What You ll Get to Do:

  • Document Planning and Control.
  • Maintain documentation update and revision information including: Schedules, POA&Ms, Status and tracking spreadsheets, and annual reviews.
  • Maintain master files fir each document including: pending changes, change criteria and prioritization; PDF and word versions, and previous revisions.
  • Documentation Updates/Revisions.
  • Scan and convert documents to MS Word and PDF.
  • Act as focal point to assure documents are formatted per requirements.
  • Review and format documents per Navy and sponsor guidelines.
  • Update/Maintain branch procedures.
  • Distribution of approved documents.
  • Distribute copies of approved documents as hardcopies, CDs, and postings on Branch website.
  • Provide official copies to sponsor repository.
  • Log and track technical documentation reviews conducted by the Branch.

This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to properly prioritize and multi-task. You must be able to work collaboratively with our project team in an Agile environment to ensure we are implementing optimal solutions for our customers. This position is a great opportunity for a junior developer who enjoys interacting with people and has a desire to take on greater knowledge and responsibility. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the customers' mission, our team, and ultimately CACI.
You ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 and web based directory structures and content management.
  • General understanding of document configuration principles.
  • Good communication skills both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to Coordinate with multiple subject matter experts.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
