CSRA is actively seeking an SCA Engineering Technician 1 (Data Technician) to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Systems Branch at Norco, CA.
- Provides data reduction and quick-look analysis support aboard ship during test execution.
- Analyzes and assesses combat system performance of in-port and underway test events.
- Performs post-event reconstruction, calculate performance measures, identify and characterize performance issues impacting test event requirements and objectives.
- Supports root-cause analysis and conduct test objective assessments.
- Participates during Data Analysis Working Groups (DAWG) to provide identification and characterization of performance findings from in-port and underway test events.
- Provides test observation for LCS test events.
- Ensures the secure collection of test data along with storage, supplication, transfer, and distribution services during LCS in-port and at-sea test events.
- Provides proper handling and transportation of government furnished equipment used onboard LCS for data collection/distribution in support of the data analysis team.
- Supports event preparation, communication with IT personnel, and submits required paperwork, to ensure necessary equipment is working and available to permit execution of tasking for event support.
- Bachelor?s degree in engineering or math or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience in using computers - Ability to interface with the customer and technical community on a regular basis
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, technical information both verbally and in writing in order to support performance assessment and reporting
- Ability to utilize software tools to support data collection, analysis, and reconstruction
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance Qualifications: -

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
