You will become part of a team of professionals providing direct customer support.
Responsibilities:
Perform word processing on technical documents and materials using available Windows based softwareReceive phone calls, emails, and tracking inventoryPerform general administrative and data entry duties which include but are not limited to:
- Word Processing duties- Typing memos, letters, and prepare various documents using Microsoft Office Suite- General clerical duties to include forms updates, data entry, inventory tracking and assisting with trouble tickets.
- Assist Manager with preparation and delivery of monthly metrics- Other duties as assignedPosition RequirementsExperience Requirements:
- MUST HAVE ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE- Must have a minimum of one year experience in word processing- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, is required.
- Editing and reformatting written or electronic drafts- Transcribing reports, analysis, meeting notes, or similar material- Knowledge of technical terminology and office terminology, practices- Aptitude to acclimate to new subjects quicklyEducational Requirements:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
