We have a large customer and doctor network and growing, so our caseload is diverse, challenging, and fun! We have two locations, all off the I-15, serving Southwest Riverside County.
Our locations are located in Norco and Lake Elsinore.

Strengthening the bond between people and their pets by caring for pets and the people who love them Requirements Excellent and professional communication skills, verbally and in writing Great listening skills with ability to handle complaints and unpleasant customers Ability to get along with customers and employees, on the phone and in person Proficient in Excel (Spreadsheets) and Word Proficient in Email Willing and able to work a flexible schedule that includes a weekend day Strong time management & Organizational Skills Minimum 1 year of veterinary experience, training or work related to the veterinary field.

Allergies to animals must be controllable through medication The ability to sit or stand for the duration of 8-10 hours a day Ability to type 40 wpm Visual acuity sufficient to maintain accurate records, recognize people and understand written directions Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand and give information in person and on the phone Ability to work well under pressure Ability to lift up to 35lbs Duties Greet all clients Use superior customer service Answer telephones Assist clients when checking in or out Verify and update client information, pet information and vaccine schedules Schedule appointments for exams, procedures and take medication refill requests Make boarding reservations Check in and out appointments for exams, run in backs, boarding, grooming and surgery Daily reconciliations and deposits Complete daily checklists Monitor front lobby and reception area in order to maintain a clean and organized area for clients Be willing and able to cover shifts, work evenings, weekends and overtime if requested by management Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times Must be client focused at all times Excellent and professional communication skills, verbally and in writing Great listening skills with ability to handle complaints and unpleasant customers Ability to get along with customers and employees, on the phone and in person Proficient in Excel (Spreadsheets),Word, Gmail and Google Documents Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
