Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest services by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Clear and clean tables, bussing dishes and glassware to maintain a clean dining area - Assist with food preparation as needed - Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions - Use basic math skills to calculate bills and make change for customers - Foster positive guest relations by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Open availability is preferred Skills:
