DescriptionAre you ready to have fun at work? Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is a rapidly expanding, multidisciplinary outpatient private practice in need of a Front Office Assistant.
At Leaps & Bounds, the family is the center of our mission, we work together on functional goals, and improve the quality of life for every family we serve.
We are a fast-paced campus that offers Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy services in a traditional clinical setting, as well as our ranch, with the incorporation of the horse as part of a comprehensive evidence-based plan (Hippotherapy).
The Front Office Assistant is responsible for providing patient-oriented service/customer service in a clinical and front office setting.
Performing a variety of administration duties including greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, collecting copays and insurance payments, processing paperwork and all other related duties in a fast-paced, customer service focused clinical environment.
Compensation:

Serve guests by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriatelyExcellent communication and customer service skillsData entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxingMaintaining organization and cleanliness in the waiting room and common areasAnswer multiple phone lines, directs and takes messagesCommunicates patient and insurance information; collects paymentsMakes follow up appointments for patients and confirms appointmentsBe knowledgeable about practices.
Follow facility polices and procedure'sCollect co-pays, deductibles and inquire on previous balances for patients upon arrivalReminder calls to new evaluation patients on the day priorPrepare intake packets as needed for all departmentCollects payments for programsAbility to multitaskSchedulingOther duties as assigned
